Companies who are doing well throughout the economic climate should not get complacent about their firm's internal communications, it has been noted.
But although a crisis communications situation is upon many firms, the problem of a breakdown of this network is a "global malaise", Mark Hass, Chief Executive Officer of MS&L tells PR Week.
