Paul Stitch, who has an MBA degree, was recently named the newest member of the board of directors for Procera Networks, a technology company which alerts service providers about their applications and networks.

He was president and CEO of Counterpane Internet Security and was the co-founder, president and CEO of the internet consulting firm, Groundswell, according to CNN Money.
