A recent survey finds that nearly half of Americans wish they could live somewhere else, regardless of where they are currently living.
The poll by the Pew Research Center finds that 46 percent of respondents said they wanted to live in a different type of community than the one they live in now.
Cities like Denver, San Diego and Seattle were among the most desired destinations to live in, while Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati were among the least.
About 80 percent told the poll that they rate their current communities from good to excellent, and the poll found Americans almost evenly divided on whether they would prefer to live in a city, suburb, or rural area. Age and political ideology also seemed to play a heavy role in determining the places where people wanted to live.
For professionals who feeling a bit restless, an MBA degree could be a great way to open up new opportunities in your life. MBA graduates have access to career opportunities in every part of the country and in business areas that allow them to stay in their hometowns, see the world, or both.
