Online MBA courses in the US have been highlighted as an example which the UK may want to follow, after a Business Management student told a British newspaper about the positives of such courses, which those of you looking to further your careers may be interested to hear.
Vannesa McGuin told the Independent that she liked the flexibility her course brought. "I can email, text or phone tutors when I want," she says, which could be reassuring for those of you who are busy working and would like to be able to raise questions at a time suitable for you.
The University of Phoenix is noted as an example should you want to research online MBA courses, because it has a variety of programs with an average class size of 15, which you may prefer for its one-on-one teaching that a campus experience may not provide.
Understandably, some of you working in the business sector may not feel the time is right to pursue an online MBA.BusinessWeek says that according to the Graduate Management Admission Council, applications to business schools are increasing, which could be down to people realizing that now could be the time to progress their education further.
