The MBA program at Wake Forest University has been ranked as one of the top in the country by Entrepreneur magazine.
The survey, which appears in the April 2009 edition, was conducted by the Princeton Review and completed by more than 19,000 MBA students around the country, according to the school..
Schools that were selected to be in the top 15 were reportedly institutions whose students "overwhelmingly agree" that it offers excellent preparation for the business world in the following categories: accounting, finance, general management, global management, marketing and operations.
"It's exciting to see how students and alumni value their experience at Wake Forest University and recognize that the school provides a superior education," said Rob Nash, associate professor. "It's a testament to the quality of faculty that teach in the accounting program, and I congratulate my colleagues."
This is not the first time the MBA program at Wake Forest has been honored. Past surveys by the Financial Times, Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Business Week and the Wall Street Journal have ranked the school as one of the best in the world.
Business professionals interested in advancing their knowledge of the industry may take this as their cue to investigate getting their MBA degree.
