American MBAs Face Off With Chinese MBAs For Best Business Plan

Held at the University of Maryland's Dingman Center, MBAs were given the task of coming up with the best business plan to beat their Chinese counterparts.
Academic officials believe it was important to incorporate the Chinese MBA students into the program as the country's economy continues to grow.
"As we know, with the westward shift of the center of gravity of the global economy towards the Asia Pacific, the 21st century has been forecast to be the Pacific century," said Zhang Weiying, dean of a Chinese MBA program. "How to grasp business opportunities in China is a current topic of interest."
