Partner Communications Company, a communications operator, recently announced the appointment of David Arbel to the company's vice president of operations, following the retirement of the current title-holder, Chaim Beker.
Arbel, who has an MBA degree, will join the company on August 1st, but is not expected to take the position until October 1st, while Beker remains with the business throughout the transition process. Prior to joining Partner Communications, Arbel served as the head of ZIP Ship Management Directorate, where he was in charge of fleet management.
