In an effort to rebuild its company with a new executive team, Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership (FNGP) has appointed four new individuals into senior executive positions, some of whom have MBA degrees.
Ralf Krieger has been named the senior vice president of finance and business administration. He was previously the company's chief financial officer (CFO). In addition to holding an MBA degree, Krieger has held several positions within the Freudenberg Group, including managing director for the IT department and the director of mergers and acquisitions for Freudenberg and Company.
Additionally, Brad Norton will be taking over as FNGP's senior vice president of sales and marketing after serving as the president of automotive sales. Like Krieger, Norton also holds an MBA degree, and will be in charge of the sales and marketing efforts of the company.
"The Office of the Chief Executive, although not a common management structure in North America, strengthens and perpetuates the partnership culture upon which Freudenberg-NOK was built," said the company's managing partner, Dr. Mohsen Sohi. "It was created to leverage a diverse group of expertise and leadership capabilities."
