People who are thinking about pursuing an MBA degree may soon have the opportunity to take their graduate management admission test at a nearby college campus.
The Graduate Management Admission Council recently announced that its Mobile Test Center was beginning its third annual trip across the United States.
The organization's bus features six testing stations where students can take their GMAT exams, which are required before they can become full-time MBA students.
The mobile test center is expected to visit 17 campuses in 12 U.S. states on a 4,500 mile trip between March and the first week of June.
According to a recent news release from GMAC, the cross-country drive was developed several years ago to help prospective MBA students in more remote areas who may not have easy access to testing services. The organization reports that this test is used by over 4,500 graduate business programs around the world and that it is currently administered at over 400 testing centers in more than 100 countries.
