An MBA-holder in North Carolina was recently recognized by Cambridge Who's Who.
Melisa Bryant is an educator and software design consultant who has been working in the technology industry for more than 20 years. Cambridge Who's Who, an organization that tries to help today's professionals build relationships, recently recognized Bryant for work in software design.
Bryant's specialties include revising corporate computer systems, maintaining software and mentoring junior analysts. In addition to her MBA, she holds a bachelor of science degree in computer information systems and an associate's of applied science in business computer programming.
In its 2008-09 Occupational Outlook Handbook, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) says employment opportunities for some individuals working in IT will be very good over the next 10 years. The BLS adds that the education requirements for such a position range from an associate degree to a doctoral degree.
