Women across America are finding out that online MBA programs work great for both their careers and their families.
Heather Morel of Minneapolis and Kimberly Leslie-Patton of Birmingham, Alabama recently spoke with ARA Content about their experiences with the online MBA program at Capella University.
"I have a full time job and two young children. There's no way I could pursue my MBA, which I need to get ahead in the business I'm in, if I had to go downtown every week and sit through a class," Morel told ARA, going on to report that she has already applied for two management positions at her company.
For her part, Leslie-Patton told the news service that she had done much of her course work towards a PhD in organization and management in hotel rooms while traveling the country on business.
For those interested in earning an MBA degree, an online program may be the best way to go because of the flexibility it offers, along with an accredited and solid business education.
