A Millenial Generation will descend upon business schools in a bid to change the world through their advancement of current knowledge, one sector resource has said.

Such a group of people - often aged between 26 and 38-years-old - will enter the education system with "their tech know-how and idealism, their unrealistic career expectations", reports Business Week.

One member of this new generation is Sara Hochman, 27, who tells the business resource that she decided to undertake an MBA out of frustration that her clients were not interested in sustainability, a concept she found difficult to sell.

"They simply weren't interested. I needed to beef up my business skills," she says, a story you may be able to relate to in your quest to enforce better economic practices.

Professionals from the Millenial Generation are politically astute, passionate, eager to work and strong-willed, the forum claims, skills which you may feel could be put to good use on an online MBA program.

It has been previously reported by WorldChanging that sustainability modules are being applied to business programs to cater for the evolving planet.
