MBA Named COO For OzVision

Many individuals who possess MBA degrees have a tendency to climb the corporate ranks at a faster level because their education level already sets them ahead of people with just bachelor's degrees.
Duby Hodd, who holds an MBA degree, was recently appointed the chief operating officer (COO) for OzVision, a company that provides hosted video services for integrators and security dealers. In addition to completing an MBA program, Hodd has vast experience in the technology field, and has served in several executive positions throughout his career.
Prior to his appointment, Hodd served as the chief executive officer (CEO) for HumanEyes Technologies. He has also served as the COO for Magink Display Technologies, which developed digital ink display technologies.
OzVision executives took notice of Hodd's expertise and said they felt that he'd be a good fit for the COO role.
"Mr. Hodd brings proven technical and management experience to OzVision," Mr. Amir Guttman, OzVision's chairman of the board said, "especially as OzVision rolls out its new 4-HVR gateway. This new approach represents a new generation of hosted IP video services."
