Bothell High School Jazz 1 from Bothell, WA emerged as the champions of the 60th Annual Clark College Jazz Festival, winning the prestigious Dale Beacock Memorial Sweepstakes trophy. The competition, held in Vancouver, WA, saw schools from across the region showcasing their exceptional jazz talent.

In the Middle School Silver division jazz ensemble finals, Beaumont Middle School from Portland, OR displayed their musical prowess and claimed the top spot. The young musicians demonstrated incredible skill and passion, earning them the first-place position.

South Whidbey High School from Langley, WA also had reason to celebrate as they secured the first-place position in the highly competitive A Division. Their outstanding performance captivated the audience and impressed the judges.

Moreover, Olin Nelson and Corbyn Orchard from South Whidbey High School were recognized for their exceptional musical abilities and received the Outstanding High School Musician awards in the A Division. Their dedication and talent brought them well-deserved recognition.

Meanwhile, Hockinson High School from Brush Prairie, WA emerged victorious in the AA Division of the high school jazz ensemble finals. The band showcased their skills and left a lasting impression on both the judges and the audience.

Heritage High School from Vancouver, WA and Bothell High School Jazz II from Bothell, WA also made their mark at the competition. Heritage High School triumphed in the AAA division, while Bothell High School Jazz II claimed the top position in the AAAA division, leaving no doubt about their exceptional musical abilities.

Furthermore, exceptional individuals from several schools were recognized with the Outstanding High School Musician awards. These talented musicians showcased their skills and stood out amongst their peers.
