Javier Valdez, MBA, has recently been honored with an induction into Marquis Who’s Who for his outstanding achievements in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a prominent figure at Fidelity Bank, Valdez specializes in assisting potential homebuyers and offering refinancing options to clients.

Valdez attributes his success to his unwavering work ethic and his belief in the power of teamwork and collaboration in the workplace. With a career spanning various organizations in Iowa, including GreenState Credit Union, Regions Bank, and Wells Fargo, Valdez has proven himself as a leader in the field.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Valdez is deeply committed to his community and serves on multiple boards, including the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of the Quad Cities. His dedication to civic involvement has not gone unnoticed, as he was recently ranked #90 in the U.S. by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in 2022.

A graduate of Marshalltown Community College, Valdez holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ashford University and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Ambrose University. He is currently working towards certification as a coach through the NAHREP and was also inducted into the Iowa Mortgage Bankers Association’s President’s Club in the same year.
