MBA Career Journey: Week 4 Statewide Rankings of Tennessee High School Football – Tennessean

The Associated Press has recently released its highly anticipated rankings for Tennessee’s Division I non-financial aid classifications, as well as the combined Division II financial aid classification. These rankings were determined by AP-member sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the state.

At the top of the Class 6A rankings is Bradley Central, who received first-place votes and currently boasts an impressive record of 4-0. Oakland follows closely behind in second place with a record of 3-1. Also receiving votes in this division are Brentwood and Germantown, ranking third and fourth respectively.

In the Class 5A division, Knoxville West remains undefeated with a perfect record of 4-0 and received first-place votes to secure its top-ranking position. Henry County and Centennial also received votes and are ranked second and third respectively.

The leading team in Class 4A is Pearl-Cohn, who received a remarkable 15 first-place votes and has yet to suffer a defeat with a record of 4-0. Upperman and Elizabethton follow in second and third place in this division.

Alcoa stands tall at the top of the Class 3A rankings with an impeccable record of 3-0 and an astonishing 18 first-place votes. East Nashville follows in second place with a record of 4-0.

In Class 2A, Riverside and Milan are tied for first place after receiving first-place votes, with records of 3-1 and 4-0 respectively.

South Pittsburg is dominating the Class 1A rankings, currently holding the top spot with a perfect record of 4-0 and securing 13 first-place votes. Friendship Christian is leading the charge in Division II-A with a record of 4-0 and an impressive 14 first-place votes.

Franklin Road Academy received seven first-place votes and is currently ranked first in Division II-AA with a record of 4-0. McCallie is also enjoying success and has earned first place in Division II-AAA with a record of 4-0 and 11 first-place votes.

Other notable schools receiving votes include Davidson Academy, Lausanne Collegiate, and Knoxville Catholic.
