Gemini AI Models Now Available in Google Workspace as Gemini for Google Workspace

Google has announced the integration of its Gemini AI models into Google Workspace, now known as Gemini for Google Workspace. This new feature allows millions of customers to have access to Gemini’s generative AI capabilities directly within their Workspace apps for everyday use.

Gemini for Workspace offers assistance with a variety of tasks, including organizing events, drafting campaigns, and writing business plans. Additionally, a new standalone chat experience has been introduced for enterprise-grade data protection.

For small and medium-sized businesses, Google has introduced the Gemini Business plan, starting at $20 per user per month with an annual commitment. This plan allows businesses to access the power of generative AI within Workspace for enhanced productivity.

Larger organizations can opt for the Gemini Enterprise plan, priced at $30 per user per month with an annual commitment. This plan offers additional AI capabilities for meetings, such as closed caption translation and meeting note-taking.

Existing Duet AI for Workspace customers have been automatically upgraded to the Gemini Enterprise plan to take advantage of these new features. Furthermore, Gemini users can now access the standalone chat experience using 1.0 Ultra at gemini.google.com.

Overall, the integration of Gemini AI models into Google Workspace as Gemini for Google Workspace showcases Google’s commitment to enhancing productivity and collaboration for its users. With the introduction of the Gemini Business and Gemini Enterprise plans, businesses of all sizes can leverage the power of generative AI to streamline their workflows and achieve their goals.
