NESCOL Supports School Pupils in Choosing Their Path after Exam Results
North East Scotland College (NESCOL) is reaching out to school pupils, offering guidance and support as they receive their exam results and contemplate their future. With campuses in Aberdeen city centre, Altens, and Fraserburgh, NESCOL is known for its dedication to assisting students in finding the right path for their career aspirations.
This week, from today until Friday, NESCOL is hosting Clearing Week, providing a team of advisors to help prospective students navigate the application process and answer any questions they may have. These advisors, who are available through a phone hotline, LiveChat, and drop-in sessions at the campuses, are knowledgeable about a range of subjects and can provide insight into the various courses on offer.
The primary aim of Clearing Week is to alleviate stress for pupils who are eagerly awaiting their exam results and to offer guidance and support throughout the decision-making process. NESCOL recognizes that this is a crucial time for students, and they are committed to making it as smooth and worry-free as possible.
In addition to providing guidance on course options, NESCOL also offers advice on funding, travel arrangements, and various other topics. For those who require general advice, the clearing hotline will be open from 7th to 11th August. Additionally, appointments can be made to directly speak with a subject specialist on 9th August, allowing students to gain more in-depth knowledge about their specific areas of interest.
With NESCOL’s extensive range of resources and their dedication to supporting students, those awaiting their exam results can feel assured that they will receive the guidance they need to make informed decisions about their future. By participating in Clearing Week, NESCOL continues to fulfill its mission of providing the best possible career guidance for aspiring professionals in the region.
