Juan Sepulveda, hailing from Santiago, Chile, has embarked on a new chapter in his career as a student at Harvard Business School. With a background as a Global Brand Director at Procter & Gamble, Juan brings a wealth of experience to his MBA journey.
Just three weeks into the program, Juan and his wife celebrated the arrival of their first child, adding a new dimension to his already demanding schedule. Despite the challenges, Juan highlights the strong sense of community and support from both students and faculty at HBS, making the transition smoother.
One aspect of HBS that Juan particularly values is the case method of learning, which he believes helps him develop as a manager by incorporating diverse perspectives and analytical skills. He is looking forward to the upcoming FIELD Global Immersion course, which will provide hands-on experience in a real-world business setting.
With a focus on excellence ingrained in the HBS culture, Juan aims to leverage his MBA education to continue making an impact in the consumer space post-graduation. His advice for prospective applicants is to showcase their unique qualities and authenticity in their applications, as these are what set candidates apart in the competitive admissions process.
As Juan navigates through his MBA journey at HBS, he remains steadfast in his goal to excel and make a difference in the business world, inspired by the supportive community and the innovative learning methods offered at the prestigious institution.
