Ose’s multicultural upbringing has played a significant role in shaping her aspirations. Growing up in California within a Nigerian family, she experienced the best of both worlds. Ose also spent time at boarding school in Nigeria, which further helped her discover her passions. It was during this time that she recognized the importance of forming meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.

After completing her bachelor’s degree, Ose gained invaluable leadership experience while working at a Californian winery. However, she yearned for a deeper understanding of the business world.
