INSEAD MBA Graduates Thrive Despite Economic Challenges

Despite facing economic headwinds, graduates from INSEAD’s MBA program have shown resilience and success in the job market. Recent employment data reveals gains in average and median salaries, as well as signing bonuses for graduates of the December 2022 and July 2023 cohorts. However, there has been a decrease in job opportunities compared to previous cohorts.

According to reports, 88% of the latest double cohort from INSEAD received job offers within three months of graduation, a slight decrease from the 94% rate seen in previous cohorts. Consulting remains a popular sector for INSEAD MBAs, with 61% of the class securing positions in this field.

Interestingly, the cohort displayed a sense of caution in their career choices, with 78% of graduates opting to change country, sector, or job function post-graduation. Notably, more than 100 graduates from the latest double cohort found employment in the Middle East.

Median and average base salaries for INSEAD graduates saw a 7% increase in euros, showcasing the program’s value in the job market. Top employers for INSEAD MBAs include prestigious firms such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company.

Overall, despite facing challenges, the INSEAD MBA program continues to produce successful graduates who are able to adapt to the changing job market and secure lucrative employment opportunities.
